Homemade Gluten Free Pizza

Homemade Gluten Free Pizza


  • 2 ¾ cups of gluten free bread flour, 
  • 1 cup of water, 
  • 1 tbsp oil, 
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs. 
  • Tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms, sweetcorn or any veg of your choice
  • Vegan Cheese


To make the base mix together the gf flour, water, oil and mixed herbs

Knead until it forms a dough

Roll out until it forms a thin base

Pop in oven for 10 minutes to firm the base. 

Then add fresh tomatoes sliced, onions diced, peppers diced, mushrooms diced, sweet corn (or any vegetable additions that you like). Sprinkle vegan cheese on top and bake in oven until browned.
