The Secret Ingredient to Crispy Gluten Free Wedges
  • 250g Potatoes chopped into chunky wedges and dried with a clean tea towel
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 1 heaped teaspoon corn flour *secret ingredient to make gluten free cooking crispy!)
  • Salt and pepper to season

Pre heat oven to 200 degrees.

Pour a small amount of oil onto a baking tray and place in oven to heat and coat the tray.

Mixed all seasoning into a bowl with potatoes chunks.

Once fully coated splash teaspoon of oil and mix until fully coated.

Place in oven and cook for 15 minutes. 

Remove and turn wedges.

Cook for roughly 30 minutes more or until golden crispy.
